Summer's finally loosening its grip, which means two things: the aircon bill might dip under four figures again, and everything that went quiet in July is suddenly back on.
Friday is the big one, with two of Korea's biggest names playing an outdoor stage for free. After that there is a ten-zone fitness gauntlet for anyone who misses school sports day, a flea market on both sides of town, and a stage version of a very silly sitcom.

Two of Korea's biggest names are playing an outdoor stage at a shopping centre, for nothing, and someone will still find a way to complain about the parking.
The crowd will know every word. You will know roughly none of them, and by about the third song that will have stopped mattering. There is a particular joy in being the least informed person at a concert and having a brilliant time anyway.
Get there early if you would like to see anything above shoulder height.
