The Madinat Jumeirah Festive Market returns and it is basically Christmas after winning the lottery. A thirty six foot tree, light shows, abra rides, mini trains, carousels and more sugar than any child should legally consume. It looks incredible, it feels cinematic and the whole place works like a magnet for families trying to stay festive without losing their sanity. The stalls are polished, the food is dangerously good and the atmosphere turns even the grumpiest adult into someone who briefly forgets how expensive December is. Even better, it is free entry if you arrive before the crowds take over.
