Noor: Festival of Lights is turning Diwali into a full-blown Dubai spectacle, with three days of music, dancing, food, and enough fairy lights to power a small country. The GRIT+TONIC Triathlon is back at Mamzar Beach Park, giving Dubai’s athletes and weekend warriors a reason to skip brunch.
